More Than We Can Tell by
Brigid Kemmerer

Summary

Rev Fletcher is battling the demons of his past. But with loving adoptive parents by his side, he’s managed to keep them at bay...until he gets a letter from his abusive father and the trauma of his childhood comes hurtling back.

Emma Blue spends her time perfecting the computer game she built from scratch, rather than facing her parents’ crumbling marriage. She can solve any problem with the right code, but when an online troll’s harassment escalates, she’s truly afraid.

When Rev and Emma meet, they both long to lift the burden of their secrets and bond instantly over their shared turmoil. But when their situations turn dangerous, their trust in each other will be tested in ways they never expected. This must-read story will once again have readers falling for Brigid Kemmerer’s emotional storytelling.

About the Author

Brigid Kemmerer is the author of Letters to the Lost and the YALSA nominated Elementals series and the paranormal mystery Thicker Than Water. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska, though her parents quickly moved her all over the United States, from the desert in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the lakeside in Cleveland, Ohio, with several stops in between. Brigid is now settled near Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband and children.

My Review

More Than We Can Tell definitely has the vibe of Letters to the Lost, which I read and thought was amazing.
I love the fact that Declan has a return in this book. As this is a spin off from Letters to the Lost. Letters to the Lost is about Declan and Juliet's story, More Than We Can Tell is Rev and Emma's story.
When reading this book, Rev comes across as a dark and mysterious character. We are teased about his past, and we are eventually told, and we can't help but feel sorry for him.
Emma is a character I can totally relate to with the gaming.
I love how these two characters come together to help each other with their problems, and you can't help but feel they need each other.
I liked how the foster kid Matthew was very strange and secretive too.
This book kept me on my toes as I didn't know what was going to happen, and I enjoyed when Rev and Emma met up.
I love Brigid's stories and her writing just draws me in.
I'm definitely going to be reading her other books to come as she has become a close favourite of mine.
If you enjoy deep contemporaries, then I definitely recommend this one.

Thank you for reading this post.
A massive thank you to Faye for letting me be a part of this tour.
Keep smiling, keep reading and be happy!!
Thank you for taking the time to read this =)

Shelby is nervous to start her senior year after spending the whole summer away from home. After all, it’s hard to be carefree when you’re trying to protect a secret.

Shelby was in a devastating car accident, and everyone in town thinks that she was undergoing more physical therapy in Denver.  Instead, Shelby’s mother enrolled her in a clinical program to stop the panic attacks that started after the crash. The treatment erased Shelby’s memory of the accident, but she can’t help feeling as if a piece of herself is missing, that the treatment took more than the doctors claimed.

So when Shelby starts hallucinating a boy with dark and mysterious eyes, she knows it must be a side-effect of the clinical program. Except you can’t kiss hallucinations. And this boy insists that they know each other and are in love...

Hello, people and welcome to another blog tour!
I am honoured to be a part of this!
In today's tour we will be doing a review of the book itself.
I recently went to Scholastic's blogger brunch where I met this author and heard him speak about his book.
Also, isn't the cover just vibrant.
It's totally stunning right?
So first of all, let's say what the book's about for those of you who don't know...

Title: Noah Can't Even
Author: Simon James Green
Release Date: 4th May 2017
Genre: Contemporary
Publisher: Scholastic
 Format: Paperback

Poor Noah Grimes! His father disappeared years ago, his mother's Beyonce tribute act is an unacceptable embarrassment, and his beloved gran is no longer herself. He only has one friend, Harry, and school is...Well, it's pure HELL. Why can't Noah be normal, like everyone else at school? Maybe if he struck up a romantic relationship with someone - maybe Sophie, who is perfect and lovely - he'd be seen in a different light? But Noah's plans are derailed when Harry kisses him at a party. That's when things go from bad to utter chaos.
